Antioxidants

I just had 2 cups of Matcha tea. It tastes sweet.
It has 137x more antioxidants than green tea.
Green tea has more than black tea. I bought 500g for 18$CAD from eBay China.

I’m allergic to green tea.
Matcha sent me to the ER.
My blood pressure was over 250 and I had a body rash.

I eat ground cloves for antioxidants, with water. Very high ORAC.

Seems to settle my brain down even.

Its for lowering Cholesterol and blood pressure.
I read it increases metabolism and burns fat slightly. I can’t exercise so its better than nothing.

I also bought Psyllium fiber powder Metamucil, it makes you feel full, decreases cholesterol and blood pressure.

I mix fiber with protein shake.

I take psyllium husk everyday, matcha is good in smoothies.

Does it taste bad? My mother will buy it for me tomorrow.

I have the generic stuff, its orange flavored, not bad. I think metamucil has flavored as well. Psyllium husk is good imo because it has both types of fiber.
