I’m not currently trying to lose weight, even though I certainly could stand to lose a TON of weight lol. Just wanted to encourage those that are, though, keep on doing your thing. Hang in there!

I can’t give up. I have a lot of weight to lose.
So I think my bloating has gone down because the stretch marks on my stomach are already less noticeable

Your food always looks so good and healthy, I wish we cooked like that here but were surrounded by fast food everywhere so we usually just get that
Drinking enough water helps alot with weight loss too. It speeds up your metabolism and you can feel more full if you drink a big glass right after a meal. It sounds like a ton but a gallon a day will help alot if you get headaches its because you dont have enough electrolytes in your diet and need to supplement more.
It is super good! Or at least to me lol
I don’t normally eat like this but I rejoined weight watchers so now I’m motivated to eat healthy. It keeps me on track.

Hard question… probably 99% fat free ground turkey breast? Not positive tho
