Yeah I was on low carb diet, keto for about 6-8 months, but lost interest as dietician/psych advice changed afterwards, but lost 20kg which has been put back on since stopping the keto @rogueone

Yeah it’s a hard way of living for some but you’ll lose weight. It’s a pity you gave up because I’ve been getting so many benefits to mental health after that. Less negatives and less positives…

Is that ketosis? Initially there was theory proposed for its benefits but with chat to the dietician she said it didn’t suit me. If you’re seeing benefits that’s great…. But I sure did miss sandwiches and pasta and pizza lol

You need to do the lo carb thing and get into ketosis. It works for some and I do really well after it. %0 grams or less of carbs. Keep fat above protein and carbs. It’s not hard with an app like carb manager…you don’t need to pay for it…

haha no drama’s. Just plain paranoia. There really seem a link to diet and exercise for some. Getting into ketosis really does help as I can attest too.

Its’ hard work but I’ve got down to lowest clinical doses of meds on the lo carb/keto diet. It really does work for the weight loss and the additions for negs/ positives really is good too.

Appreciate it’s so hard for a lot of our community to change but honestly there really is something to this approach.

Not particularly. It’s what I felt like eating. Tonight we’re having roast pork, roasted sweet potato, and roasted zucchini.
