AA taught me to fake it 'til you make it. It turns out that this works well with anhedonia.

That’s my strategy too, pretend you are in a good mood may trigger something positive, but sometimes anhedonia overwhelms me, especially in the evening.
When I’m together with neurotypicals I fake being a normie, and they can’t understand I’m schizophrenic.
Oh absolutely, and it’s okay to have those shite days. I may lose some of the battles but I am winning the war.
