An update on myself

Yesterday I went twice to the health club:
Once for rowing and another time for swimming and an elliptical trainer.
I also took a very cold shower.
I don’t remember if I brushed my teeth or not.
I think that yes.
I also drank a vegetable shake, that I participated in its preparation.

Today:
It is just 8 pm,
and I have already been twice at the health club, doing one time rowing and the other swimming and elliptical trainer,
and demonstrating improved exercise capacity compared to yesterday.
I also took a very cold shower.
Also, I read something about Judaism in Russian.
That’s it.
I don’t know what else I will do today.

For me the question is not what you’ve made today but rather if you can do these efforts in the long time. I’ve ever lost weight but it went back again later…

I agree with @y76 . You need to find a pace that you can maintain over the long haul.

take as many breaks as you need, don’t burn yourself out, but well done, it sounds like you are trying very hard to better yourself, just got to be careful :wink: :slight_smile:

That’s great @Chess24, wish I were more physically active. Before I played golf, worked out at the gym and swam. I would use the treadmill and weight machines and also did yoga.
