Exercise when Motivated

I feel “better” when I exercise during the day (e.g. running, biking). But this feeling doesn’t last. I end up feel scatter-brained an hour later. I wonder why.

Adrenaline crash.

Do you follow up with proper hydration, protein, carbs? Do you warm down or just stop?

I always stay hydrated and make sure I eat after. And I cool down with stretching. I just feel like my symptoms come back soon after I stop moving.
