Yesterday I was manic from not having slept. I had to do something early in the morning so I did not sleep the day before yesterday and drank a couple cups of coffee. I apologize.

since we’re apologizing here, may I say I’m sorry for the alarm I may have caused last night? I was in the mist of a severe panic attack, and no one was around to help me so this was the first place I thought about.
