Amyloban 3399 part 2

One year update with amyloban is that I had to quit it due to increased thought broadcasting which it was removing for long time.
Now its silent without amyloban, but I’d like to know what could have caused the increase in voices.
One reason could be increased anxiety and restlessness.

Histamine, acetylcholine, blood glucose, dopamine decrease etc.

“high levels of acetylcholine in the brain can cause depression and anxiety symptoms in mice.”

@pr21

Yes too much acetylcholine in brain worsens depression. This can be noticed when take high potent acetylcholine enhancers like cdp choline, alpha gpc, lione’s mane mushroom etc. Omega 3 fish oil also increases acetylcholine and taking too much fish oil gives same effect. Weak enhancers like phophatidylserine, tulsi (holy basil) etc not cause much effect on depression symptoms.

One specialty of acetylcholine is it have the ability to oppose dopamine thus helps to lower some of the mild positive symptoms like anxiety, irritability etc.

I was drinking peppermint tea, coffee and taking amyloban so that overloaded my acetylcholine to cause TB with high anxiety.
Now I’m just drinking tulsi, taking zinc and eating anti inflammatory foods.

Amyloban consistently helps me but I don’t want to keep taking it due to expenses. I am basically ready to file for the Canadian equivalent of Chapter 13, so I have to really pare down on costs.

Were you using it with medical oversight? That’s important. You need a doc watching for the things you aren’t aware of or wouldn’t know to look for.

@MrSquirrel
Was doing it on my own. Now Im just waiting if symptoms come from not using it. I’ll drink coffee for acetylcholine if I need to.

Amyloban has been really helping with my med change. At least, I think it has been. Last time I tried lowering geodon I endex up in the hospital. This time I have felt very even despite being under loads of stress.

I still take the cheaper Lion’s Mane extract. I only use the one from RealMushrooms. It’s really helping my anxiety and also pain from fibro and arthritis.

I think it was prolacting causing my third person hallucinations. Dropped off all supplements increasing prolacting and I’m using zinc as prolacting inhibitor now. Also eating bananas for b6 and maybe add E vitamin to decrease prolacting

Had to go back to amyloban with intense stress I had without it. My blood glucose also went to mild diabetic level.
Hopefully I can get the third person voices sorted out

I usually order from Mushroom Wisdom on Amazon, but my most recent order won’t arrive in time. It’s shipping 2 weeks out instead of 2 days like usual. Can anyone recommend a source I can buy that will ship within a week?

Maybe Swanson Vitamins.

Hey @anon65069908

I believe so.

I ran it past my doctor before trying it and he didn’t see that it could be harmful if the ingredients were as promised (always a risk with cheaper supplements). I had to phone in weekly for the first two months. Both the pdoc and my GP were blown away by how quickly and how well it helped. It floored my GP because it’s rare for anyone to be given a Vicodin scrip as generous as mine was and I wound up handing it back and saying nope. People with chronic pain just don’t do that.

Worth noting that my back still hurts like a bugger some days, but I can cope with some Tylenol 3 if I have to.

Hi there I am new here, I have phycosis and hearing voice hallucinations for the last six months or so, The voice is there all the time trying to control me and also use lot of abuse words, I am currently on antipsychotic olanzapine 2.5mg, I read all the things about amyloban 3399. I am thinking about buying it quickly.
Please wish me luck to get rid of this voice. Is there any other supplements I have to take on top of this like zinc, cod liver or omega 3. Please advise,

welcome to the forum @Sham

Hey I mean amyloban 3399 are said to reverse levels of dopamine serotonin etc, so I wouldn’t think it would mitigate auditory hallucinations… it may even increase voices :thinking:

Not for me. I can function on about half of the APs I would normally need when on Amyloban. Maybe less. I go off the supplement and my positives increase if I don’t scale my meds back up.

Hi there mate did u have hallucinations, has it decreased your voice?

Yes. Yes. Still have some mild positives. I use it with Geodon. My doctor had me try it on its own and it didn’t work, positives got much worse. It seems to boost effectiveness of my AP. I use it with doctor’s oversight.

Ok I live in Japan and the doctors here don’t anything about supplements, I am currently on olanzapine 2.5mg for my hallucinations, do u think this amyloban 3399 will reduce my symptoms, and what other supplements u take with this. How amyloban with cod liver oil? Ur insight would be appreciated thanks
