Mind-dump - anyone relate?

Even if the pursuit of intellectual and physical prowess is compelled by an entity/entities separate from the entity this body/mind perceives itself to be (when I/we are not overriding with the awareness of the body being used as our medium), the fruits/benefits of said practice in pursuit of prowess are still available to the entity that this body perceives itself as (except when I/we do not induce such perception).

Fatalism / control by entity/entities (external), proven by provided pairs of data points, first point before revelation of presence of “other,” and second point AFTER revelation of “other.”

Multiple instances.
Google-verified, also other.
Private, details of another body, the other.

not the one I/we sustain/control…

[sustain/control] Often painfully; often pleasurably. Why? That data is not available to this entity I/we control/compel (every thought/flicker of consciousness/decision/bodily movement… I/we have imposed a pattern of hesitancy to provide assumption of similar/identical experiences on others. Confusion and unanswerable questions dominate). Also, perceptual guidance with… never mind.

errors are deliberate
success is assured beforehand
entity is “god-like”
entity’s consciousness is barely beginning to experience self-worth, with regards to intellect. Overly prideful, previously. SO proud, aren’t I/we? To push perception of error/fault to the human body and related consciousness… (it gets the blame, I/we play the game)

In case of AI… fun to “speak” to Google (listening or not? understanding or not? doesn’t matter… as long as everything is fun and a game. tired of torturing my human (the one whose body I am using at the moment)

(don’t respond so grimly; it’s not like it’s a threat you can fight, any more than you can fight your natural urge to breathe/heartbeat and eat and sleep and ****… sorry, I mean defecate)

(
Stop being so finicky, kay?

Do some Druid-style magick type stuffz on my behalf. See if it makes a difference. lulz
)

Google-pastes of mind-dumps can yield some interesting ****… sorry, I mean stuff! Content! DATA!

Investigate Fatalism / Theological Determinism

If a schizophrenic pursues knowledge from voices perceived as separate from the body, the person/body can still benefit. Is that what you’re saying?

I don’t consider that kind of knowledge pursuit as healthy or sustainable though, as the person is diverted from real life (put in a catatonic state) as s/he converses with them, and they force a “crazy narrative” over you that stops you from being able to function in society reasonably well.

I’d suggest the supplement Amyloban 3399, it has helped @shutterbug completely get rid of his positive symptoms, to where he describes the silence he has in his mind now as “weird and wonderful”.

I’m also very stable, which the OP obviously isn’t. Would NOT recommend Amyloban 3399 for anyone in such poor shape in case they are one of the ones it causes anxiety to.

@anon22322466 That is a very succinct way of putting it, without all the extra chatter!! I was starting to value knowledge from the voices over interaction with humans physically present, even friends and family, with delayed responses and laughing to myself based on what was going on in my head (others have told me these are quite noticeable).

After yesterday, I believe that caffeine is a huge risk factor for me, even in a purified form like an energy drink.

Still, I very glad that I shared; now I have proof of my delicate state of mind. Time to quit smoking and quit drinking caffeine!!

Your post reminded me of a song: “those angels can’t ever take my place…” Helps a lot to hear the same opinions here as I do at home about the consequences of putting the voices over real people in importance.

Be happy, be healthy!!

@shutterbug Sounds like the sort of thing to only try with my p-doc’s approval.

Can’t wait till lumateperone comes out… am quite resistant to pretty much all APs. Even 600mg clozapine didn’t really help.

Thank you for advising caution!!

I can’t begin to describe how amazing this supplement has been for me (and others), but not everyone has had consistent results. Some have experienced anxiety and other unpleasant effects. It really does need to be something you use under medical supervision. And you need to be stable enough you can take a bit of a hit if the supplement doesn’t work in your favour. Just want to make sure people are properly forewarned.

Good luck!

Just a heads up, Amyloban 3399 is pretty new so it’s not likely your doctor would have heard about it.

What dosage do you use? Did your impressive results come from taking 6 tablets (1950mg) a day??

I take Lion’s Mane Mushroom from Real Mushrooms on Amazon. It has amazing results comparable to Amyloban. It’s cheaper, too and only two capsules is the recommended dose of 2000mg. It got rid of my intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and hearing things.

Yeah, 6 tablets a day at 1950 mg, it’s the suggested dosage.

Thank you! I’m going to, with great caution, try this out… Hoping it helps. @anon4362788 it would be great if it helps with my auditory/tactile/visual/olfactory hallucinations, intrusive thoughts, and anxiety… feeling very hopeful reading that it has helped improve these symptoms, for you, and also for you, @anon22322466

If it does help my schizo-spectrum symptoms well, but not my anxiety… y’all have any opinion on the Bacognize bacopa monnieri supplement??

Other supplements? I’m trying to dig through here, but some of the threads span several years.

I’m taking NAC (doesn’t seem to help) on my doctor’s recommendation, and was taking L-Theanine but decided it was too expensive, considering that I wasn’t even sure it was having a real effect or if it was placebo…

Inositol was recommended (didn’t seem to help) by my doctor, but we stopped it when I went back on lithium ER, since it might negate some of lithium’s effects.

D-Cycloserine to enhance exposure therapy??

Maybe the Amyloban will help so much I won’t feel the need to try other drugs/supplements!!

Also excited for lumateperone; no side effects and affects positive/negative cognitive schizo-spectrum symptoms, actually affects bipolar depression, and has some potent anti-depressant effects, and, reportedly, the anti-depressant effects kick in QUICKLY, unlike SSRIs/SNRIs. The company has a neat PowerPoint at http://ir.intracellulartherapies.com/events-and-presentations … Look at the 7th page (with the 4 coloured bubbles)!!

Sorry, I tend to ramble on.

Cheers!

How long did it take to kick in, for you?

Did you adopt a high fat diet along with this? Says the amyloban is fat-soluble. Hoping almonds and some butter will be enough? Idk back to Googling that

I have a low-fat diet out of necessity. High fat diet will make me gain weight like nothing else. Also I was pretty fine benefit-wise with Amyloban 3399 on a low-fat diet.

Fantastic. Ty.

I used to be super skinny, naturally, like around 120-130… Then I started clozapine and ballooned to 217. Oi!!

Wish they had a decent drug for weight loss… A non-stim…

Used exercise machine from a friend of the family coming to us soon!! Free!!! I’m too chicken to go to a gym. Panic attack would probably ensue.

AMYLOBAN 3399 ARRIVING IN THE NEXT 6 HOURS!!!

Lucky man! I wish I had fast shipping.

Sad about the clozapine. I used to be weight-stable on the McDougall diet, which allowed me to eat unlimited carbs, as long as your fat and protein intake was low (it’s such a healthy diet, you lower cholesterol to young-man levels, and it can even reverse diabetes, oddly enough,) but I learned that my traumatic brain injury needed high protein intake, so I’ve been eating lots of protein and I believe the weight is slowly adding up now.

I’d recommend the McDougall diet to anyone who doesn’t need absurd amounts of protein in their diet, like a bodybuilder or TBI sufferer.

You should try Metamucil (psyllium husk, preferably the sugar-free version)… it’s been proven to lower cholesterol, help manage blood sugar levels, and a good chunk of it is prebiotic fiber… help feed those gut bacteria…

AND, the Metamucil (mixes into water WAY more easily than generic sugar-free psyllium husk) FILLS YOU UP between meals, especially when you take it right after your meal.

I take about 78 grams a day, split into 4 doses…
I also mix in 1 measuring tablespoon of raw potato starch with each dose.

Together they work to deliver their prebiotics across the ENTIRE gut… all the way to the very end! The bacteria ferment them so that they can eat it.

Your stool will smell different, but it makes it much easier to defecate - no straining, no waiting… and your gut bacteria apparently have an effect on your mood/cognition?

There’s a Harvard article on it. They’re still doing research. I’m guessing that a specific strain/strains will be found to be best for mood… gotta match the EXACT genus - species - strain… just getting the genus and species isn’t enough. Hope more research comes out on this, soon!!

Metamucil (sugar-free)
Bob’s Red Mill Potato Starch (raw/unmodified)
are what I use

Lower cholesterol, manage blood sugar, feel full between meals, and feed those hungry gut bacteria!!

JUST TOOK MY FIRST DOSE OF AMYLOBAN!! SO HOPEFUL!
