I just got prescribed it for insomnia. Anyone have experience with it?
I took it 2 or 3 timesā¦ it will work for insomniaā¦but it had this effect I called āthe ambien handāā¦When it started working i could feel it crawl up the top of my spine through the vertabrae of my neck and into the back of my brainā¦
Iām not saying it was a bad feeling, just weird ā¦
Not supposed to take it more than 8 weeksā¦

Ambien is infamous for causing people to sleepwalk, raid their refrigerators, or even go for a driveāwithout remembering any of it the following morning.

Sleepwalking is a real problem with Ambien. One time I actually got in my car and bought fried chicken after taking it. I woke up wondering how in the hell did that chicken get on my nightstand. Best thing to do is get in bed and stay the hell there. DO NOT get up.
ETA: Did you get the 5 mg or 10 mg dose? My experience was on 10 mg.

No. I havenāt been drinking more coffee than I normally do.
I meant does he know all the power-up stuff you are taking. And I know about your morning coffee so I thought you drank a fair amount during the day.
