Doesn’t make them not crap. I have a Google Home and an Amazon Alexa thing and the Alexa is awful. It barely works and is constantly restarting and updating. You can barely use it because it’s always updating.
I don’t trust those speaker things.

Ditto. My phone is in my bedroom, turned off. Only use it when outside of the house now. No desire to pay for corporate surveillance in my home.
We have one. My son gave it to us. It’s in a box in the garage and I don’t know which one.

My wife is in charge of the electronics. We are a little backwards. I have no idea how to work the remotes and the smart tv and all that stuff.

I don’t like those things they scare me I’d never have one plugged in where I live. One time I was at my cousins house and it just started playing a despacito remix out of nowhere so I freaked out and unplugged it not to mention amazon has a 600 million dollar deal with the CIA and Jeff benzos even sits on the pentagon defense advisory board
