Well I deal with every kind of delusion under the sun. I have the truman delusion and get triggered by certain things sometimes. Right now I’m stressing about this post because I feel like it’s talking about me and making reference to me.

So yeah, you’re not alone. I feel like some people out there can somehow watch me, too. Not everybody, but some people. Odds are if I asked you whether or not you know me you’d say no, so I just have to go along with it I guess. That would be my advice. To just stop caring and try your best to trust what the people around you say and just go along with the whole thing. It makes it easier to deal with. @Om_Sadasiva is also pretty knowledgeable about this delusion so he might be able to help some. You’re gonna have to rewire your brain to get over thinking like this. Anyway, I’m here if you need to talk or anything.

I wouldn’t call it the Truman show delusion because I don’t believe everyone in my life are actors. I just believe I’m being talked about on TV radio and across the country.
