Anybody else find themselves reminiscing a lot?
This evening I found myself looking at photos from before schizophrenia… 
ah. Those were the days.

Yea I always do, I wish I didn’t. I start thinking that if I stop my meds I will become like I was before sz.

I’ve done that a couple of times. It was nice, but made me sad, too.
More often, my brain decides to humiliate me with all of the things I’ve done in my life that are “bad” “stupid” “wrong” - etc. That’s the voice telling me that everyone saw me do these things, and I am so ashamed about it.

Yeah… I feel you, even when things are going decent I still find myself reminiscing…
