I am constantly rechecking to see the clock when I take these heart meds again…take them twice a day…but the fear is kind of unsettling…any ideas how to settle down?

Set an alarm and have trust in yourself.

I forgot mine yesterday. Whooooops.
omg…I would freak out. maybe you’ll be ok but the early heart beat would come back full force if I forgot my meds and then the next dose would jerk the heart back into submission…nope, can’t forget.
Well, if I haven’t died yet I guess there’s no problem. If I do die, I’m dead, then I for sure no longer have problems. Either way, no problem.

Unless you struggle with remembering to take oral/liquid meds you’ll be fine. I do struggle and use an automatic pill dispenser, that my daughter fills for me.

I’m on beta blockers and high blood pressure meds
I’m on two heart meds, carvedilol, and flecanide, both to stop my early heart beat…supposed to be all good right now…just waiting to see when the doctor wants another e k g…I’m on high blood pressure meds too…

I use a medication reminder app. It tells me when it’s time for my next dose and I mark taken after I take it. Works like a charm!

Im the same way, im very careful to take my heart med at the same time every day. I hate being reliant on heart meds though.
