Last time I drank alcohol was December 30th. That was also the last time I smoked a cigarrete.
I’ve been doing cardio exercise the last 4 days. I’m planning on doing it every day going forward. I’ve also been watching what I eat.
I feel really good. Getting my health together. I’m almost 30. I know i’m still young but this is the time to change for the better.
Any fellow runners on here?
