What makes you tired?

It feels like my life has been uphill much of the time. Struggling with my own mind for the majority of my life takes so much energy. And dealing with people takes so much energy.
Everything takes so much energy! Lol, and I ask the question “what is this all for?” way too often.
I’m just perpetually tired.

I’m so sorry @hedgehog that you are exhausted. I’m won’t out, too. I hope you can find ways to refresh and rejuvenate!

Thank you, @FlyingPurplePeopleMeeter. I have found that if I just keep going then things get better, if not in circumstances then in attitude.
