I have $180 in the bank until next month and all my bills are paid. I’ve got no dependents and no deadlines. I have a few days worth of food. I will have to exercise tomorrow or I won’t lose my ability to get around. I am up late tonight. I have to get to the dentist in the near future. That’s all I have to worry about. But I really don’t want to lose any teeth especially since I have a constricted throat. I have insurance but I need to talk to a relative about how I’ll pay what the insurance doesn’t. I guess if that’s all my worries I’m fortunate. I wonder how Ukrainians are doing without psychiatric medicine 
? Has life gotten harder for everyone worldwide or are we just more aware?

It is a stressful time indeed. I feel like there’s something bad that’s going to happen and affect the world involving the Russia Ukrainian war. It’s sad. People love violence… I wish love could win but greed poisons the heart.
