I get ssi my partner has a job she works third shift at a nursing home.
So how long will it take? It would take me a long time to save even half that lol

We don’t know we’re still paying quite a bit to her parents. Her parents are using my parents as punishment. I just paid them 735 dollars today and they are threatening to send me to my parents house who they know I’m arguing with and get rid of my frog still.

I guess you just have to play their little games until the time is right and you can leave and all will be well with the world, you’ll get to keep your own place with your own rules and have as many pets as you can manage without having to worry.
Today they aren’t being too bad, yeah we gotta play along until the time is right. Depending on my partner’s hours it could just be a little while or it could take a bit of time. @Moonwalker offered to help but my partner said that she doesn’t want to owe someone to help us move
tbh i still think there should be a community crisis fund set up here for people struggling financially, i saw it on another forum and it worked really well, idk where you’d get funding for that though,
one person would only be chosen per month to receive help based on their needs.
i brought up the idea before but it was dismissed lol still think its a good idea though
