All I seem to do is think of the worse case

How do I stop being so negative all the time. My brother drinks everyday doesn’t get his health checked all I can think about are horrible things about to happen

i found the voices were contributing to my scary thoughts and ideas and i just didnt realize it before. i found a way to make them nicer but it is of which a topic which is not allowed haha but i dont recommend it it has its downsides too. but at least the voices are not taking me to scary places lately even if i do feel more confused.

I do not get voices but the one thought leads to another and another and another and I’m unable to get out of the negative thought patterns. Apparently it’s worse than before.
