The delutions can be included in categories as followed:

-super power
-imaginary friends
You could add more categories into it, let us do a reserch

your quates are contradicting…to me paranoid means you acnt control your fear, or something like that…
i mean when you cant control something, at first, you wanna get control of it, but it is just out of control, then you became miserable
