Now I have a headache because of aliens
I thought this was happening during my psychosis. Except of course it wasn’t aliens…I was the alien being detained by the FBI. I thought I was in an advanced and secure facility(My house) and the guards were invisible. Step out of line and they’ll put you in these weird positions where you’ll have to hold the position. If you failed, you get sent to your room without food.
That’s how I lived for awhile. No food, in my room for days. I lost like 5-10lbs. Luckily I no longer believe in that delusion.

I read that a B6 deficiency can cause the depersonalization feeling of being controlled by someone else.
It’s worth taking a B-complex anyways just in case, lots of mental health benefits to it.
