Aging prematurely

I’ve become like a docile old man. I’m 52 going on 152. Old people I meet in public know it’s true, I’ve aged prematurely. I’m too tired to make as big a fuss as I used to. I’d say it’s a blessing but if I don’t exercise more I’ll be in ruins. Does anyone relate to aging prematurely?

I’m disabled, so I’ve always gotten a lot of “you’re too young for this!”

For instance, I’m 35 and currently in physical therapy to get ready for a hip replacement.

i look in the mirror and say oh God i didn’t know i was so old.

i keep telling myself exercise will help but i am sooooo lazy. lol. judy

Personally I feel human beings are beautiful at all stages of life.
I know this is not a popular point of view.

I’m starting to get lines on my face. I have to accept that I’m not a spring chicken anymore.

My thighs have loose skin.

It’s from going from obese to non obese.

Kinda looks like I’m ageing.

:frowning:

Lol i noticed that about myself too. Im starting to get lose skin and it feels weird

My abdomen has loose skin. It’s from going from obesity weight to normal weight.

Yea that’s what I have on my thighs. It’s all loose lololol :frowning:

Sorry you’re feeling old. I hoped that my time off work would age me more slowly. I do have slightly lower energy on clozapine.

I was surprised to hear I’m almost 70. Last time I was asked my answer was 62
A slight surprisef
