I’m watching this movie with Morgan freeman and he’s going around the world to find out what happens after death.
Do you believe in an afterlife or no. Let’s keep religion out of it.

I believe in reincarnation, but not an afterlife. Or, well, I don’t know. I guess there’s no real way of knowing until my time comes.

I certainly do not know either, but if there is an afterlife I think it will be completely unlike this one

I’ve had conversations with dead people I knew in what looks like earth in a different dimension. No such thing as time there though. Just an opinion.

I fully agree that there will be no time in the afterlife, if there is one
I would like to think there is. But if there isn’t I know that time is just an illusion resulting from entropy always increasing. Time is how we perceive the increasing entropy. So, perhaps, even if our time is done, it is not really done, it is just a story written in the fabric of space time for someone to reread anytime they feel like

Don’t care about the afterlife because death is an illusion.
My mum unconciously believe she is going into a spaceship after death. She is mentally ill. I believe after i die im gonna fix what i did here. Mesning i will do things in afterlife that i should have done now. Thats why im mentally ill in addition of having sz. So i have two mental illnesses.

Oh and it’s probably not the best reel of thinking if your dealing with this consistent unnamed reality.

Another way to put that is: can you have memories without a brain? Does our memory upload to the cloud or is it off the network?

I’ve never seen good proof that satisfies me that there’s an afterlife.

No, but, I’m not quite %100 I’m about %99.9 sure.
I believe we all have energy that is basically the “soul” and when we die I think it depends on what our state of mind is. If we are at peace our energy returns to the earth. If we have something driving us like for example a need to protect someone or a need for revenge I believe our energy persists beyond death. But eventually or energy will dissipate and return to the earth and be used for new life.

I try to believe in an afterlife (Heaven). I can only accept it on faith. It is so hard to even imagine. I am reading a book right now called, “Imagine Heaven,” which is all about near-death experiences and what this author thinks of heaven.

I sure hope so.
Theres this rapper named Eyedea who had an interesting view on all this. He said something along the lines that “the afterlife is just the brains defense mechanism for wanting to live forever. People are to scared to accept not existing.” Im not saying his view is right but its just another way of thinking about it. Im fine either way cause to me this is our afterlife anyway. This is our existence right now

I believe in Heaven therefore I believe in the afterlife…I also believe in Hell.

I dont know, but it is really scary to me. I always believe i lived a bad life and am a bad person so i might end up in some sort of hell after i die. It is the most frightening thought to me and rules my life. It is the core of my psychosis. I wish I could believe something else, but I dont succeed.
