Abilify med combo's

I know many of you take Abilify. What dual/triple/quadruple action combo’s are you people on? What does work for your symptoms while you can still manage to get enough sleep and function throughout the day?

Mainly want to hear about combo’s of
Abilify + antipsychotics (+ sleep-aid)
Or
Abilify + antidepressants (+ sleep-aid)
Or
Abilify + antipsychotics + antidepressants (+ sleep-aid)
Or
Abilify + antidepressants + antidepressants (+ sleep-aid)

I’m on Paliperidone 12 mg (max) and Ability 2 mg. The Abilify stops thought broadcasting at least 60-70% for me.

I am on abilify 30mg and haldol 80mg.

Just started on Abilify so I’m not sure about how it’s going to affect me yet but I figured I’d throw in my med combo. Just starting but will eventually be at 20mg Abilify, 20mg Celexa, 1mg Ativan twice a day and 100 mg trazodone for sleep.

20 mg Abilify
600 mg Lithium
100 mg Lamotrigine
300 mg Buproprion

I already have sleeping problems (sleep maintenance insomnia) and only 5mg Abilify causes me to sleep less than I need to. I’m also going to try to up my dose of Abilify and add Trazadone as a sleep aid since Mirtazapine has stopped working for me a long time ago. Sleep is important, especially for people with mental illness. And chemically Trazadone and Abilify are similar, I guess therefore they will work synergistic with each other.
