I have been taking abilify for a while now and I feel like it’s making me spend alot of money should I come off of it

I would talk to your doctor. But yes it is a symptom.

Yeah abilify has been proven to cause all kinds of impulse behaviors.

Abilify made me spend lots of money and hypersexual. I emptied more than 15 000$ from my bank account in a few years, I bought stuff that I never used and that went in the garbage. At the same time it improved my negative symptoms but I stopped it bcz I started having debts on my Visa that I couldn’t pay. My parents paid my debts and I cancelled my Visa. Now I don’t have any issued on Risperdal other than negative symptoms.
And I wasn’t even paying rent or food as I live with my parents. It was too bad for me to stay on Abilify. If it didn’t cause me debts I would have stayed on it as it improved my negative symptoms by a good amount.
