I asked my doctor to refer me for an assessment to find out if I have adhd. I will be assessed to find out if I have it or not tomorrow. if I have it, then I can try medication for it. but who knows they have medication shortages in this country.

No it took 5 months between referring me and getting an appointment for tomorrow.

Don’t worry. It’s not that bad. I know that’s easier said than done but it’ll be ok
