A short walk

I’ve just walked from my flat to the edge of the main street & back. It’s not far(maybe about 150 yards at most)…
but it’s the longest I’ve walked unaccompanied for over a year due to anxiety re Covid & lower back pain. By the time I got back I was hyperventilating quite a lot due to anxiety & being unfit.


Maybe walk around your house more, if that’s possible?

Was talking about walking outside. Have done some walking inside, but it’s not a large flat.

Managed the walk again after lunch. Back started to really ache about a quarter of the way back to the flat. Was hyperventilating quite a lot.

Doing the short walk a few times a day would be great. It’s short but still helps get out and get in better shape
