Been going for short walks

Since the doctor at the hospital said the oedema is probably due to my very sedentary lifestyle I’ve been making a point of going out for a short walk every day. It’s short because of my poor sense of direction rather than for physical problems. Though my back does play me up a little probably due to being overweight.

I also periodically get up from being on the laptop and walk round the flat. The idea is to be less sedentary even if just a little bit.

good for you, @firemonkey. I try to walk a little bit every day, too. It was tough at first, but keep with it and it becomes a routine

Good going @firemonkey.
I’m trying to do the same.

I’m too afraid to go for a walk. The men will follow me, plus there are a lot of pit bulls in my neighborhood

Walking makes me feel better but I have to feel pretty good just to get out the door…always think the neighbors are watching and wondering why I’m walking without a dog.

That’s great @firemonkey!
