When I lived in America in the 1990s I used to listen to his shows, he smoked cigars, this is one reason why not to smoke cigars or tobacco …

Last time i had a chest Xray - The First thing the radiographer said was that i was a smoker. Quite shocking really - hasnt stopped me tho lol.
There are lots of reasons not to smoke, and lots fo reasons to smoke. You have to leave it up to the individual to decide what they want to do, so long as they accept the risks.
The only reason to smoke is because it’s addictive and hard to stop. When you get on these pro-smoking rants, you sound exactly like the alcoholic who insists he is a better driver when he’s drunk.

I wish there was something out there to really help smokers quit.
You need strong will, and it’s hard with antipsychotics.

I know at least five people who have died to lung cancer, one was a dean of one business school, educated ones, lung cancer is a terrible way to die.

It’s an insidious drug and very hard to give up. I’m glad I finally did it and I was always a pack a day smoker from about 14 on. Yeah it helped me mentally but not as well as exercise does now without cigs. I’d like to see all you peeps survive as long as you can which is a reality these days with better medicine but as an ex cig addict…it really is good to give up.

Sometimes the sweet release of death is comforting
I can’t sleep and I can’t wake up. My head is pounding. I feel dizzy and nauseated.
I’m sure these are from withdrawal but I’m glad I still haven’t had a cigarette.

What do you think of vaping,you think it cause lung cancer too after using regularly?

No - theres no Carcinagenics in Vape liquid - so its unlikley it will add to the risk of cancer.
Altho of course - you still got the additives (vitiman e acetate) in the US vape liquid - that cause popcorn lung. Its banned here in UK - so i vape with confidence.
I think people want me to die.My family and partner prefer me to smoke then vape.Do you use salt nic or freebase?
