I only lost weight when it ceased to be an issue. Like a friend said, āI dieted my way up to 200 lbs.ā Sometimes itās better to abandon the whole obsession.
I just walk 6 miles per day on average so I can eat a lot of things. My weight fluctuates in the 160s. I dunno what Iād do without my bi weekly pizza
Yes. Iām going to arrange an appointment with my doc for a heart checkup this year. Iām not in a rush as I had one 5 years ago, a pretty comprehensive one and the consensus was that things were āas clean as a whistleā.
I think itās because thereās not a lot of meat on pizzas!
Pizza =happiness
Cheese, cheese and more cheese (salt) on pizzas, plus the butter/oil in the base. Meat is the healthiest part
I canāt remember when I last had a pizza, but those āchicago takeaway pizzasā are the closest youāll get to an actual takeaway pizza.
Hmmm⦠Ok. Iāll see what the results of my heart checkup will be whenever I get it done this year. If I have to change my diet then so be it I guess.
