I’m on a diet and tired and hungry,
Looking at tv pizza adverts,
Like a monkey looking at
A mirage of a banana.

I think being on a diet might be harder than quitting smoking.

One doesn’t have to smoke, but you must eat.

And we are constantly surrounded by reminders of food.

You are doing really well though. Keep up the good fight!
