Ha ha, I’m only 36 and I’ve got one, and yes it does make me feel a bit of a fuddy-duddy lol

The only time I use it is when I’m traveling to somewhere.

Pill boxes don’t help me, I still forget.
Phone reminders help though.

When they invent a pill box that flashes and says “Hey you, take your pills” then that will help
