When I watch TV I see things on the screen and they are picture perfect realistic and I know can’t be really there because they don’t fit into the movies. My reality is altering.
I remember once when I first went psychotic that I was scrolling through Netflix looking for something to watch, but it felt like the people on the screen were looking right at me, as if they were staring at me through the screen. Very eerie.
