I saw the flash. I’m hoping it will go away. I see people sitting and spying on me in their cars when I go places. Especially the the big subs black ones white ones.
I had the same thoughts when my psychosis hit in… I was thinking I was living in a kind of my own Truman Show.
Maybe you should tell all this your doctor.

I had the Truman Show delusion during several episodes, too. And car horns were voyeurs sitting in their cars either agreeing or disagreeing with what I was thinking.

I used to have similar delusions where I thought people on tv were mocking me and can observe me. and i thought vans parked outside were the police spying on me…
