I read that L-theanine was an amino acid found in green tea. So I thought I would drink a lot of green tea with my L-theanine because I thought it might enhance the effect of the L-theanine. Then I wondered if the green tea would flush the L-theanine out of my system. What do you think?
Everything in moderation.
That’s what I think.

A cup of green tea usually contains about 50mg of L Theanine. Instead of taking the pills, you could drink green tea the whole day.

Black tea has about 20mg per cup. I drink a ton of tea. L theanine doesn’t seem to have any adverse effects so it’s worth it I guess

No. Green tea will decompose into some chemicals and l theateline will be absorb into the body. They have similarities so they won’t deny each other.
The med that deny each other are antagonistic and anti antagonist meds with a few exceptions
