2017-2014 is about 3 years that’s quite fast already rexulti was approved in 2018 in my country
You can still go check with your minister on the progress and ask if it could be sped up for some of the novel medicine. A good minister should be able to at least check for you like in my case

Sep 363856 it is thought to be an agonist of TAAR1
The mechanism of action of ulotaront in the treatment of schizophrenia is unclear. However, it is thought to be an agonist at the trace amine-associated receptor 1 (TAAR1) and serotonin 5-HT1A receptors. This mechanism of action is unique among available antipsychotics, which generally antagonize dopamine receptors (especially dopamine D2 receptor).
Thyroid hormones are a natural agonist of TAAR1
Thyronamines are molecular derivatives of the thyroid hormone and are very important for endocrine system function. 3-Iodothyronamine (T1AM) is the most potent TAAR1 agonist yet discovered, although it lacks monoamine transporter affinity and therefore has little effect in monoamine neurons of the central nervous system. Activation of TAAR1 by T1AM results in the production of large amounts of cAMP. This effect is coupled with decreased body temperature and cardiac output.
So the moral of the story is to check your thyroid out. I know I have a bum thyroid.
Does anyone else have a bum thyroid?!
Have you tried taking thyroid hormone instead of your medicine
My thyroid tests have always been normal, I wouldn’t mess with it. My family Dr always checks my thyroid in every blood test which I do every 6 months.
I hope we have not reached the limit for what a drug can do for us.

I take both my psychiatric meds and my thyroid meds.
Though luvadaxistat didn’t hit its main goal, it did succeed on secondary endpoints focused on cognition.
Still seems like it has possibility.
