The real fact that you find in the world of schizophrenia, there is no clear scientific knowledge that explains what is nature of schizophrenia as a whole phenomenon, case or condition ,what is it as the person feels, hears, perceives, coexist with or deal with

Instead ,you find everyone talking about a group of symptoms,to the degree that most speakers with the name of science think that these symptoms are the cause of the schizophrenia condition (if it was existed )

In order to believe what we say,you can answer about the questions:
Explain What viral disease is ,without talking about any specific symptoms ?
Explain what genetic disease is,without tell a story about any symptoms of any disease ?

If you want to talking about the sz:
Explain what sz is,without tell us about your observations /diagnosing to any specific symptoms ?
Just talking about the thing be called sz free from its symptoms !

"Sz refers to a split from reality "

1- Split from reality is not eternal divorce that is irreversible between the organic nature and what is a mental
2- Split from reality is just a personal interpretation (view) for the diagnostic material from the angle of the mind’s relationship with the actual world (right and possible wrong) ,which appears to have been separated for a while ,and is not an explanation to the reality of the sz condition as it as in itself (structure, function, mechanism of effect, reactions …etc)

3-Split from reality, is just a result of the effect of the phonemic emitter (h) on the pathways / concept’s content of the higher knowledge processes and emotional feelings, this effect made the mind loses the internal natural relationship with the perceptions of sensory inputs ,memories data ,personal feeling and the chemical background of the brain activities which provided these processes
Therefore, the person loses the internal connection with the external environment (the actual world /reality as you think) ,he loses the coexistence with the daily life events through out his original self -knowledge data content

4- the functional cause (h) causing a change in the concepts of the mental processes which led to a disorder in the mind’s relationship with the reality which in turns leads to the symptoms
