I can’t recall what i did 7 years ago, i would need to investigate it. Maybe the same stuff i do today. I haven’t changed much in my life as i remember. Why should i ? Overall i am happy and i can’t see anything wrong with my smoking, in contrary i started drinking cause i can’t handle the stress to quit smoking. But congratulation you are a free of smoking.

Well done @PinCushion . I’m soon to be 13 years off the smokes. It’s such an insidious drug in that it’s highly addictive and the returns aren’t really much in the long run. Helps with anxiety but so do other things as you find after you give up. Smokes are well over a $1 a smoke here these days. Too expensive for people on pensions.
