So into my second week of eating better. I’m not calorie counting but I’m eating simply and have cut out most sugar and takeaways. It’s hard work especially the sugar with things like my coffee but it’s working as I was down 1.8kgs this morning ( 3.96 lbs ).
Eating a lot of rice with a simple protein like some chicken and keeping it basic. It’s a little boring but it’s still tasty and satisfying. Feeling a little hungry but in it for the long haul and it’s nice to see positive results Just thought I’d share my little victory!
That’s awesome, dude. I’m down 60 pounds since my heaviest last autumn, so I know what it feels like, and man is it a great feeling. If you’re missing out on the advantages of sugar, then I recommend using some sugar alcohols, such as erythitol, sucarlose, or just some basic stevia if you’re not sensitive to its taste like I am. Keep at it, man, it feels so good to reach one of your goals.
No need for me. I enjoy eating so missing a meal wouldn’t be any good. I’m losing just eating practical things and portion control. I’m still a little hungry but surviving. Don’t think intermittent fasting is for me.
