I’ve tried keto before but have never gone this long. Feeling good. I can’t wait to see what I feel like a couple months in.

Well done! i lasted a few months on it myself.
All the weight I lost came back and some.
I prefer my low calorie diet myself, at least I can have fruit!

I’m not sure to be honest. Maybe just the switch from glucose to fat? I know a lot of people recommend supplementing electrolytes, magnesium and fiber for the flu like symptoms when you’re starting out. Some people also just don’t respond well to the diet. Did the headache ever go away or was it there the whole time you were on the diet?

But low carbs. So idk what that is
But I read that people who do keto can get a headache.

I got the keto flu when i did it for a little bit. I tried vegan keto. Its doable just way more expensive than i can afford.

I know when I cut my carbs drastically I get a headache, I have diabetes so I still have to eat some carbs or my sugar will go too low.

On keto at least you need to supplement with electrolytes. I don’t know if it’s the same with just low carb while not being keto.
I tried keto for i think 2 months, got too tempted by the variety of food I could eat and went off it. Also the fact that I didn’t feel any benefits.
I think there’s something too it. Some people can get cured from schizophrenia by following it, apparently.

You should probably speak with your doctor before doing low carb or keto. They can adjust your insulin or other medications so that your blood sugar doesn’t get too low.

That’s good. Trying Keto too, but I hope I’m not eating too many carbs.
