I really hope I can manage another 10 years without having an episode as long as the docs don’t try to mess with my meds.

I just counted. Its been 16 years since I was diagnosed with sz.

Next month will be 11 years since I got schizophrenia. It was constant hell until the end of last year. This year has been somewhat better.

13 years for me.
The past 4 years I’ve been stable and out of the hospital.

It’s been 35 years for me, give or take a year. I still have some hospitalizations but when they happen now it’s only for a week or two, whereas in the past it might’ve been months. I’m also living independently with some public assistance instead of either living with my parents or a group home.
