My last cigarette was exactly 1 year ago from today.

Never going back to these cancer sticks again.

Saving money and living longer sounds good to me.

I don’t plan to. My grandpa had COPD from smoking before he died and my mom has lung disease too from smoking. Plus I have asthma. Im done with cigarettes.

Thats awesome man. I recently got a big tobacco pouch after not smoking for ages. Stopping again once its finished. I dont want to push my luck ay. I have managed to not get any health issued from it yet. Started too young. Its the one addiction ive always striggled the hardest with.
One year is so good!
