I know it’s not the same product I simply know your culture from movies, TV shows, stuff on YouTube etc. Everybody be talking of diet coke and there ain’t no mention of coke zero which I barely saw in passing maybe a couple times, while over here is the opposite. So I just go with whatever, since I don’t think they have particularly different health concerns, and more or less cover similar roles. Now that I know people would understand me even if I called it coke zero, and in fact would understand me better I’ll use the specific name. Thanks for the clarification and letting me know it is a well known product there as well.
I think @shutterbug posted before that he uses one of those machines
I have a Sparkel Carbonator. It uses citric acid and sodium bicarbonate mixed together as a reagent to produce CO2 for the beverage. No tanks needed. I prefer it to the CO2 tank systems. We use ours to make a lot of fruit infused carbonated water.
I still add some sugar and I use artificial sweeteners, but I am aiming for less of both. I exercise within my limits. I’m with you on the rest. I have to say I’m enjoying life a lot more this way and I am still eating quite well.
i got 2 12 packs of lacroix on amazon and they sent me 3 12 packs lol maybe when packing they didnt realize that one of them has was 2 - 12 packs in a pallet. im not mad tho lol more for free is always good. i havent had lacroix in like multiple years, im glad this thread reminded me of it
Good for you @screwercs!
Good! Me too, 2 months without drinking soda . But like green tea.
I only rarely drink soda. Diet or otherwise.
I’m drinking seltzer water flavored with organic lemon and ginger juice. I had a few cans of this sitting in the frig so thought I’d try it. The real ginger is pretty strong. I have a bit of a stomach ache so thought the real ginger might help. It doesnt really taste very good.
Amazing news.
I went from 10-12 low carb monsters a day to 2 a day and I notice I sleep deeper (still have insomnia) and that I have less racing thoughts but less motivation or drive. Honestly, spending less is the biggest perk. Then my health. I cannot justify drinking 10-12 drinks to get ‘energy’ or ‘motivation’. It’s a false belief or sensation to me now.
