Yeah, broccoli sprouts are wicked enough to stop most anything, including friendship.
I’d prefer to eat them dipped in chocolate and rolled in powdered sugar.
I ran out and now I feel anxious and in a bit of distress. So if broccoli is getting rid of anxiety and distress for you too maybe you don’t need your habit anymore.
I hate to be negative but don’t get your hopes too high. Many drunks or addicts can have a couple days of sobriety where they go without booze or drugs even in the middle of a full-blown habit.
If you’re lucky, the cravings will be permanent. I just get a little cynical sometimes when someone claims they are “cured” from schizophrenia after a week of hardly any symptoms. And the same thing goes for addiction.
You might not feel any cravings because the sprouts are suppressing your hunger. Addictions also arise when we are hungry and bored. Correct me if I’m wrong.
It’s day 2 of no cigarettes. I hope it’s the broccoli sprouts helping. I don’t know why I had a change of heart and stopped smoking. All I can put my finger on is the broccoli.
