They say that by far the greatest majority of sexual misconduct cases are men violating women. That isn’t to say there aren’t any false accusations of sexual misconduct. There’s been a couple of high profile cases that turned out to be false accusations. The women who do that do enormous damage to both genders when they make those kinds of charges. I don’t know what the law says, or needs to say, about it. One thing though, these cases of women saying something that just annoys them should be called a rape is ludicrous. That is something I will never accept.
