i have schizophrenia, depression, and a few others. violence has always been one of my main go to responses and man have i gotten into a lot of trouble for that. i lose control and black out and next thing i open my eyes and someone is on the ground bleeding. it’s taken years but I’m becoming less violent.

I’ve mostly gotten my ass kicked from being a derelict before I sobered up mostly… the last two scuffles were without booze or dope… and they were justifiable about ten years ago.
