I may have missed this previously but did your pdoc lower it originally or did you?

i requested to lower it because of weight gain, but i wasnt sleeping well on the lower dose so now i upped it back for my own well being

Oh ok, i understand. Just remember to tell your pdoc that you had trouble sleeping, that way he can raise the dose back up. I’ve raised the dose of my celexa before to 40 mgs instead of taking 30. And i didn’t tell her and i kept running out of celexa about two weeks before i was due for another refill or an appointment.

Im glad that you made the proper adjustments - I really liked Zyprexa, but it made my blood glucose levels skyrocket
