what do you mean by objectives?
On your CV? OR life?
I have a very good system. I have everything planned out on my iPhone calendar with alarms. Every morning, I wake up and make a to do list by priority. Although somedays I cheat and just be lazy but usually it helps me a lot.
I also have long term objectives but they are not too important, I only strive for them.
Living day by day is my technique to not worry about my future.
What about you?

I use a to-do list app called Todoist. I think one problem I have is that besides housework I don’t have that much I actually need to do. Or I do, but it all requires money I don’t really have (paying back debts). Once school starts in a couple weeks I’ll have a lot more on my plate.
I would like to start reading more and doing yoga and meditating regularly, so I’m trying to incorporate those things into my to-do lists. But, baby steps or I get overwhelmed.
My ultimate goal is to become a freelance web developer and enter a master’s program for computer science. I’m taking the first steps toward that by going back to school. It’s good to have a specific goal.

When I wrote that, I thought about long term objectives for career, but it can be any objectives.
Yes, I have my long term objectives written. I think that if you want to lose weight, it’s not a good idea to use outcome goals. I prefer using process goals,
But for career goals, I think it’s important to have an outcome goal.
I don’t have a to do list (just when I’m doing freelances).

if the objective is complicated, then i usually have to write it out. otherwise, things get bad.
When I was like 13 I wrote out all my future goals. Other than that it has been agendas for schoolwork. I also write shopping lists now. Before sz I could hold it all in my brain, now my dopamine dysfunction makes me dumb. I used to have amazing planning and verbal abilities in my late teens, you couldn’t shut me up in fact. Whenever I spoke it was like a full essay.

I got that information from a video a guy called Tiago Nunes made. It’s in Brazilian Portuguese unfortunately.
