Eating disorders (how I recover)

I don’t know if my ED is related to my schizo, but I do know for sure it’s related to anxiety. I have ARFID, and the fun part about this is it starts in your childhood, and it’s one of those EDs you can’t fully heal, because it’s wired in your brain. Let me tell you, it was hell before I went to the hospital, and hell during. I won’t sugar coat this, but I want you to know that if you suffer from an ED, you CAN get through it. It will take a while, I won’t lie, and it will be hard. You will take some steps back, and some steps forwards. Don’t rush yourself, go at your own pace, and don’t beat yourself up if you relapse.

Ever since a child I would eat one food and one food only for 5 years straight (PB sandwich). After that, it was a cheesy tortilla, which I only ate for 10 years (that and 7 cookies a day). I think you can imagine how skinny I was. In freshmen year, I was 75 pounds. (I gtg I will continue this later)
