Dreadful science

It’s harder because with CBT you can’t go inside someones mind and fix the problems like meds, you have to teach them the skills and hope that they with keep trying. But I think with both good things can happen. I discovered little cognitive loop holes that I eventually learned was CBT.

Like for me reverse psychology is very helpful and this one is very hard to do but stop thoughts by realizing that it’s not worth it to think like that.

I know I need the meds… CBT will never replace meds.

I feel CBT has helped me with some of the secondary problems that seem to travel with this circus.

Being able to get the anger the anxiety and the catastrophic thinking under control I feel has helped my insight and willingness to stay on my meds.
